This studio is conveniently located near Lakeview Boulevard and Bryant Road in Lake Oswego, approximately 10 minutes from Lewis & Clark College and 15 minutes from the Portland Community College Sylvania Campus. It is within easy walking distance of grocery stores and shops on Boones Ferry Road in the Lake Grove district.

The studio is 275 square feet including:

This studio is a self-contained unit on the ground floor of a private home and includes resident access privileges to the nearby Lake Grove Swim Park. 

Note: Cooking facilities are limited to a microwave oven.

Month to month tenancy. No pets, no smoking. Move-in fee is $2910 (First and last months' rent plus $500 refundable damage deposit plus $10 key deposit).
